Welcome to 40-Hour RBT Training

Hi! My name is Nichole Gonzalez-Perez and I will be your Responsible Trainer for this training. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and I'm so excited to guide you through your journey to becoming an RBT! Throughout this course, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

This training will cover a wide range of topics, including the principles of applied behavior analysis, ethical considerations in the field of behavior analysis, strategies for implementing behavior support plans, and data collection techniques.

This training program is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. This training is offered independent of the BACB.
